they broke up. just like quicksand did....twice....theyre getting back together without walter as singer. wont be as good,he pretty much gave them half their sound.

Na, he wasn't in CIV. That was Sammy. Walter played in Project X, Youth of Today and I think he played on a Warzone album too.

not really sure i knew one of em was in civ but havnt listened to either band in quite some time so i havnt got a clue he was probably just at the show when his mates in civ played or somethin

Rival Schools were amazing.
This band got me into hardcore, no shit.

The second un-released album was pretty good to, Walter recorded CIV from what i know.

Hahahaha I KNEW Zach would be on here going mad about them.

First time I heard this band I was into all sorts of pop-punk shite and thought they were cack. About 6 months later I thought they were the best thing going.

I still listen to United By Fate all the time.

yep he wrote and produced the first album, Arthur from Gorilla Biscuits was also in CIV. Only Set Your Goals is worth listening to imo.

I still like United By Fate, gets a play every six months or so.

Yeah agree with that. In fairness though I haven't given any of the other CIV stuff much of a chance.

I'm pretty sure I saw a download somewhere for demos by these that were gonna be on the second album that they never made, but I forgot to download them and can't remember where I saw them. Shit.
