He started pissing all over the place and deliberately sprayed Vic a little. It's not like she was standing under him waiting for it. She was as taken aback as the rest of us. I don't even think Oli fully thought he would do it. Vic wasn't very happy. We all got past Oli and started walking down the stairs. The mate of theirs that had started the conflict a few minutes before said "Oi! Black hair... I want this to be the last you see of us" and gesticulated and continued to call her a whore and such... ironic... as she said NO to sex with Oli.

First off, NO ONE has ever enjoyed a jager bottle to the face. Victoria is a mother and a lovely woman. It was really out of the blue that the band acted this way and all these forum people can say what they wish, but how many were REALLY there and KNOW what happened? It was the band... me, my boyfriend, Vic and two of our other friends. That's IT. None of you fucking idiots speculating from somewhere else in the country.

BMTH are not saints. You liking their music (as we all do) doesn't make their actions acceptable.

I didn't enjoy calling the police on them. But equally, I'd like to see you fucks do any less if your friend's beautiful face is gushing with blood.

what has been posted and read is a story that has been hyped up.

i didnt even witness the girl being "bottled" & when i was informed i went outside and offered the girl's friends tissues to clean her self up with. the stuff about me pissing on the girl has also been twisted and is not true, but to be honest being accused of pissing on someone is not what im concerned about- what i am concerned about is the fact that i had nothing to do with what happened to that girls face, i didnt even witness the situation.
it totally sucks what happened to that girl, and im sorry for what happened to her.
but as the person who posted the bulliten forgot to clearly state ( in writing i would not get away for doing this to her friend's face, which is public slander ) i didnt even witness what happened to the girl, let alone have any part in it.

theres two sides to every story and we will tell you our side to the full story after it has been sorted out with the police.

I don't know. Its a 'hardcore' band. They usually don't walk around with security.
On stage they might have some sort of security guy. but thats more to keep stage potatoes of stage.

I don't fully get your theory here. I don't personally think it'd be that easy to make your money back. So I think its ridic. But surely if the band would easily make you your money back then its not that bad?

Yeah I really don't think a 5000 guarantee would be easily made back without charging fairly extreme prices. Don't forget you're also going to have to hire the venue and then pay a fuck load of other expenses for the rider. You'd be dealing with a band who'd love to test how much demands they could make like.

Yo yo, its oli here. So many of you may of known, i was meant to go for a two day trial in Nottingham this month, to prove wether or wether or not i pissed on the bottom of a girls dress. I knew i did no such thing and have fought it all the way, and i guess, someone actually took a look at the case and realized how pathetic is was, how the girls and her friends stories completely contradicted each other, and how there was no evidence to prove anything. All our band knew and saw what really happened and we never had anything to worry about. So thank you to all the people that supported me and us through this, it means so much. Our american tour is going amazing we are having the craziest time, we cant wait to play with megadeth in Australia, and we cant wait to see all our UK friends in november!
